Patience Chiradza was the National Coordinator for theJoint Monitoring and Implementation Committee (JOMIC) a creation of the Global Political Agreement of 2008. The greater part of her work involved attending to trouble spots, conflict resolution, dialogue facilitation among political parties and in the communities, peace building and training on Conflict Prevention Resolution Management and Transformation (CPRMT). She has served as the Strategy and Human Capital Advisor for Dexterity Labour Solutions, Finance Executive and Quality Assurance Manager for Afrosoft Holdings, as well as Retail Manager in Truworths and Edgars
Value to the Commission
Commisioner Chiradza is a multi- skilled individual with a track record in business management, organizational set up and development as well as strategy implementation. She has wide experience in conflict management and resolution, dialogue facilitation and peace building. She has developed tailor made training manuals in conflict resolution as well as trained a number of groups across the country. She has proven experience in programme development and implementation and in addition skills in finance and administration which will be useful to the work of the Commission. Patience has varied experience in dealing with people from different backgrounds and is knowledgeable in customer care and relationship management. She is a results driven, focused, hard working individual who believes in commitment and diligence.
